LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF.
Who is Anna?
Like most women, I wear many hats.
*deep breath in*
I’m a full-time engineer, business owner, wife, dog mama, Jesus follower, gym enthusiast, ingredient nerd, do-it-yourself nutritionist, life-long learner, and wellness advocate.
To say my schedule is full is putting it super lightly.
So when painful periods kept landing me in the ER…
it felt like I was stuck on the sideline of my own life.
Sound familiar?
Not too long ago…
everything revolved around my debilitating cycle.
Canceling plans and calling out were the norm. But this wasn’t how I wanted to live and there’s no way this was “just part of being a woman.” While my OBGYN was dead set on throwing more medications at the problem…my engineer brain told me there had to be a better way— maybe my body could heal on its own.
I decided to ditch birth control and reverse-engineer my symptoms.

Queue research mode.
I spoke with different providers and dug deep into functional nutrition, fertility, and physiology.
Biggest takeaway? The human body is one fascinating machine.
I knew I needed to address the root cause to feel better.
But knowing something is a lot different than implementing it— and staying the course.
After lots (and lots) of trial and error…I started making sustainable changes, nourishing the old-fashioned way, and being consistent.
And guess what…
my body finally felt safe enough to heal.
Painful periods, GONE.
Hormones balanced.
No more breakouts.
Thicker hair.
Resilience for days.
And oodles of energy.
Praise be.
